Glens Falls Medical Mission


Founded in 1996

The Glens Falls Medical Mission Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides services in the medically unserved area of Nueva Santa Rosa in Guatemala. We bring dental, women's care, general medicine and pediatric services, along with our own fully stocked pharmacy. In addition, we apply fluoride varnish to children's teeth, dispense eye glasses, and provide education to patients and to health providers in the area. Our mission is to help the people of Nueva Santa Rosa, Guatemala evolve their own system of medical care. We work closely with public health, the Social Services dept. of the Guatemalan government, and several Guatemalan health professionals.
