Founded in 2013
Hispañola Health Partners leverages the resources and expertise of public agencies and local grassroots community groups to build upon and strengthen existing health care infrastructures along the Haitian-Dominican border. We have helped finish a rural health center, started by the community and Haitian run, which now delivers quality primary care for 25,000 people in the region. We initiated a cervical cancer screening program which trains and equips Ministry of Health clinics to screen and treat the 150,00 women in SE Haiti.
