Founded in 1999 by Norma and Renato Zalamea, Memphis Mission of Mercy serves the surgical and medical needs of the poor in the Philippines. The family of volunteers that have come together through MMM have collectively served over 26K clinic patients, and over 900 major and minor procedures. This work occurs annually and is supported by hospitals in CA, TN and VA, private donors, matching corporate donors and wonderful ministries and organizations like Crosslink International, MAP International, Ethicon and AmeriCares. Without such support this work would not be possible.
